We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, firm and title, property address and details, investor qualifications, and any documents or images you upload. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We use personal information to evaluate and respond to property inquiries, prepare and deliver offers and contracts, communicate with parties to a transaction, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with parties necessary to complete a transaction — title companies, attorneys, inspectors, lenders, and service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations — and where required by law.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. Uploaded documents associated with closed or inactive deals are retained in accordance with applicable real estate recordkeeping requirements.

Uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage, and access to submission data is restricted to authorized Kenwilz Capital personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
